3D Treatment Plan
Let patients see the plan in their own mouth.
The treatment plan the dentist prepares plays back in 3D, step by step, on the patient's own dental chart: extraction, implant, restoration — in order, right in front of them. Present it full screen on a tablet or second monitor at the chair, with prices hidden until you choose to show them. The same scene opens in the patient portal, so patients can show it to their family at home. Saying yes to a treatment they understand becomes easier.
What problem does it solve?
The dentist explains the plan: first we take this tooth out, then an implant, then a crown on top. The patient nods, but it is hard to say yes to something you cannot picture. A sketch on paper never quite shows what will happen in the mouth, and once the patient gets home they cannot relay it to their partner, so the decision slips or treatment never starts. The plan isn't the problem. It is only clear inside the dentist's head.
How it works
- 1Build the plan as usualYou build the treatment plan on the dental chart as you always do — nothing to re-enter anywhere else. The 3D scene is built from that same plan.
- 2Play it step by stepThe plan plays out in order on the patient's own chart: extraction, implant, restoration. A bridge is shown as one piece and All-on-4 at jaw level.
- 3Show it at the chairOpen the full-screen presentation on a tablet or second monitor. Prices are hidden by default and stay hidden until you choose to show them.
- 4Let them watch it again at homeThe same scene opens in the patient portal. Patients watch the plan again at home and show it to their family, then decide in their own time.
Key capabilities
- The plan is shown on the patient's own dental chart, not a generic mouth model.
- Extraction, implant and restoration steps play in the order of the plan.
- A bridge is handled as a single piece and All-on-4 at jaw level.
- Full-screen presentation mode on a tablet or second monitor at the chair.
- Prices are hidden by default, so the conversation starts with the treatment itself.
- The same scene opens in the patient portal, so patients can show it to their family at home.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to prepare a separate model for each patient?
No. The scene is generated from the treatment plan you build on the dental chart. You prepare the plan as usual; there is no extra modelling work.
Will the patient see prices during the presentation?
Not by default — prices are hidden. You talk through the treatment first and reveal the amounts whenever you think the moment is right.
Can the patient watch the plan again at home?
Yes. The same scene opens in the Patient Portal, so the patient can watch it again whenever they like and show it to their family.
How are multi-tooth treatments like bridges and All-on-4 shown?
A bridge is shown as one piece rather than separate teeth, and All-on-4 is handled at jaw level, so the scene stays close to what the patient will actually get.
