Treatment plans from voice dictation
From voice dictation to a treatment plan in seconds.
Dictate during the exam; AI automatically matches your speech to tooth + treatment + price and turns it into a treatment plan. Manual data entry drops, and the dentist stays focused on the patient in the chair.
What problem does it solve?
The exam is over, but the work isn't. The dentist peels off the gloves, turns to the keyboard and types in everything just seen in the mouth: which tooth, which treatment, what price. Meanwhile the patient waits in the chair and eye contact is lost. Repeated many times a day, this typing eats into the dentist's most valuable chair time. And a tooth number entered in a hurry, or the wrong item picked from a list, throws off both the plan and the price.
How it works
- 1Say itSpeak your findings during the exam, for example “root canal on 26, filling on 27.”
- 2Let it become a planThe AI matches what you said to tooth, treatment and price, and turns it into treatment-plan items.
- 3Review itThe suggested procedures are listed by tooth number. Nothing goes into the plan unless you approve it.
- 4Pricing comes readyAmounts come from your clinic's own price list, with campaign and corporate discounts taken into account.
Key capabilities
- Voice dictation lets you speak findings during the exam without turning to the keyboard.
- Every spoken finding is matched to a tooth number, a treatment and a price.
- No unapproved items: only the procedures you approve make it into the plan.
- The AI doesn't set prices; the amount comes from your clinic's price list.
- X-ray pre-assessment: on panoramic, periapical and bitewing images, notable areas are flagged by tooth number and linked to treatments in your own catalog to form a draft plan.
- If an X-ray's image quality is low, the system tells you.
- Only the image goes to X-ray analysis; the patient's name, national ID number and file details are not sent.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI Treatment Assistant make decisions for the dentist?
No. It only turns the findings you say into a plan by tooth, treatment and price; diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with the dentist. Every suggested item is listed, and nothing enters the plan unless you approve it.
Does the AI decide treatment prices?
No. Amounts come from your clinic's own price list, including any campaign and corporate discounts. The AI's job is to match the treatment you mention to the relevant item on that list.
How does voice dictation work?
During the exam, you say each finding with its tooth number, for example “root canal on 26, filling on 27.” The system turns that into plan items, lists the procedures by tooth number and adds them to the plan as you approve them.
Can the AI read X-rays too?
Yes, as a pre-assessment. On panoramic, periapical and bitewing X-rays, notable areas are flagged by tooth number and a draft plan is prepared, but the result is not a diagnosis and there is deliberately no “Apply” button. You decide which findings go into the plan.
Is the patient's identity shared during X-ray analysis?
No. Only the image is sent for analysis; the patient's name, national ID number and file details are not. The right/wrong marks you give on findings measure accuracy and don't train the model.
