At the front desk, two different prices were quoted for the same treatment because no one is sure which price list is current. Which day's exchange rate applies to the patient quoted in euros? When will card payments taken on the POS reach the bank? Those answers sit in separate spreadsheets. Can I set treatment prices based on the TDB tariff?
Yes. Oravity's pricing engine isn't limited to a flat list: you can base prices on the TDB (Turkish Dental Association) tariff, the SUT tariff or a formula of your own. There's no limit on the number of pricing rules.
How are dentist commissions calculated?
In Oravity you define a commission template for each dentist, and commissions are calculated from it automatically. Detailed commission reports per dentist come from the same place.
Can I issue e-invoices and e-archive invoices with Oravity?
Yes. Oravity works with e-Invoice/e-Archive integrators, so you issue legal invoices from inside Oravity.
Can patients pay online?
Yes. Oravity works with payment providers such as iyzico and PayTR, and patients can check their balance in the Patient Portal and pay without coming into the clinic.
How is the exchange rate set for patients paying in foreign currency?
In Oravity you can add a margin on top of the Central Bank (TCMB) rate or define your own rate. A foreign-exchange report also helps you keep track of currency differences.
