That's up to you. With automatic booking, a request becomes an appointment straight away. With the approval step, the appointment is confirmed once your team has reviewed and approved it.
How is online booking protected against fake or bot entries?
The booking form uses CAPTCHA to stop bots and OTP verification to confirm that the contact details on a request really belong to the person sending it. Rate limiting also caps repeated requests from the same source.
Is online booking an add-on or part of the plans?

Can our existing patients book online too?
